We accept orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (includes P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories), France, Sweden and Canada. For orders shipped outside of Canada any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

We offer FREE Canada and U.S. shipping on orders over $84 and $9.99 economy shipping for orders under $85. Note: your order may ship via USPS First-Class, Priority Mail or UPS depending on the package weight and destination. Tracking is available for all options. International orders will ship via First-Class Mail for a flat fee of $30. Any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Due to COVID-19, transit and delivery times may be longer than expected for orders shipped outside Canada. Unfortunately, we do not have insights into factors which may cause delays when shipments enter the U.S. from Canada.

Changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store? Simply return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment (credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account). Important ** We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned products have been significantly used. Please note: In the case of a partial refund, if the amount refunded causes the amount of your order, which includes the returned products, to fall below $85, we will have to deduct the shipping costs you saved at the time of your purchase from the refund amount, i.e. $9.99. Login to your LisaNoto.com account and select Order History to view the status or an order. After completing checkout, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email with tracking information. If you don't see those confirmation emails in your inbox, please check in your Spam. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at info@lisanoto.com and have your order number available.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so we are unable to make any changes or process cancellations. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately at info@lisanoto.com. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm ET, and on weekends will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for orders to be processed during the holidays and other busy sales periods.

Promo codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases can be redeemed only once per person. All promo codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation. If you are having an issue with a promo code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications and that the code is still valid. We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses within Canada and certain states within the United States.

Occasionally, orders or item(s) on order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, including:- Item(s) not available.- Difficulty in processing payment information.- Duplicate order was placed.- Cannot ship to the address provided.- Shipping address is a reshipper or mail forwarding service. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. We have a very busy production schedule that allows us to maintain a steady supply of the freshest products. Stockpiling is not recommended.

We offer a wide variety of products acceptable to our vegan customers. We are always mindful of our producers and sources. That said, we use beeswax in 3 of our products: the Volumizing Mascara, the Tinted Moisturizer and the Hydrating Lip Glosses. We make sure that it is organic.

LISA NOTO natural cosmetics is a natural line. We do have products that are 100% organic, but not all are formulated in this manner. We formulate with as many powerful natural and organic ingredients as possible because of the implicit health benefits these ingredients provide you and the planet. Plus, by purchasing natural and organic ingredients we are supporting farmers who value more sustainable and eco-friendly agricultural practices.

Amino acids, found in our pure Moringa oil, are essential for strong healthy skin that can stand up to environmental stressors. Proteins from amino acids strengthen the look of skin - think of them like skin's cement and building blocks. Moringa oil contains 20 types of amino acids.

Our pure and organic Moringa oil is sustainably sourced from India. It is 100% organic & cold-pressed.

Our pure and organic Moringa oil is to be used as a topical skincare product. We do not recommend ingesting it, but feel free to slather it all over your skin from head to toe.
