We accept orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (includes P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories), France, Sweden and Canada. For orders shipped outside of Canada any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

We offer FREE Canada and U.S. shipping on orders over $99 and $9.99 economy shipping for orders under $99. Note: your order may ship via USPS First-Class, Priority Mail or UPS depending on the package weight and destination. Tracking is available for all options. International orders will ship via First-Class Mail for a flat fee of $30. Any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Due to COVID-19, transit and delivery times may be longer than expected for orders shipped outside Canada. Unfortunately, we do not have insights into factors which may cause delays when shipments enter the U.S. from Canada.

Changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store? Simply return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment (credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account). Important ** We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned products have been significantly used. Please note: In the case of a partial refund, if the amount refunded causes the amount of your order, which includes the returned products, to fall below $100, we will have to deduct the shipping costs you saved at the time of your purchase from the refund amount, i.e. $9.99. You bought in one of the stores that sell our products? The RETURN policy differs from store to store. Ask about it when you make your purchase.For an exchange or refund of products purchased online, simply return them to LISA NOTO, 436 Rue St Paul, Repentigny, QC J5Z 4H9. Important note: original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer or sender. *Important: Accessories are final sale. No exchange or refund is possible. Perfume oils are final sale.

Login to your LisaNoto.com account and select Order History to view the status or an order. After completing checkout, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email with tracking information. If you don't see those confirmation emails in your inbox, please check in your Spam. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at info@lisanoto.com and have your order number available.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so we are unable to make any changes or process cancellations. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately at info@lisanoto.com. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm ET, and on weekends will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for orders to be processed during the holidays and other busy sales periods.

Promo codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases can be redeemed only once per person. All promo codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation. If you are having an issue with a promo code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications and that the code is still valid. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept CODs, personal checks, money orders, credit card gift cards, or layaway or AfterPay. Please note: for your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses within Canada and certain states within the United States.

Occasionally, orders or item(s) on order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, including:- Item(s) not available.- Difficulty in processing payment information.- Duplicate order was placed.- Cannot ship to the address provided.- Shipping address is a reshipper or mail forwarding service. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items, however please allow several business days for the refund to process. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Members can redeem points for exclusive discounts, receive early access to new launches, and and way more. Joining is easy! By creating an account on LisaNoto.com you are automatically enrolled in the program and will start earning points on all your purchases. Simply click here to register for an account. Note: you must be registered for an account on LisaNoto.com to earn and redeem points. Activities that can earn you points and the rewards we offer can change at any time.

To redeem points, login to your LisaNoto.com account and click the My Rewards tab on the left of your Account page. There you will find a list of all the rewards available for you to redeem. Click on the "Redeem" button below your desired reward and follow the detailed instructions to add the code to checkout. You can also see your available rewards directly in your shopping cart.

At this time, points earned through LN's Rewards do not expire, however we encourage you to redeem your points for savings toward your favorite all-natural products!

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately. Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase.

If you return items, the points associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from your points total.

The formula has a light scent that's 100 percent non-synthetic and naturally-derived from pure essential oil of Atlas Cedarwood and pure aromatic essence of italian Tangerine.

Moringa Base is a hybrid between a light moisturizing serum that brings luminosity to the face and a smoothing, mattifying makeup primer. It prepares for better makeup application, but can also be used simply as a skincare product. The light, semi-liquid texture forms a protective shield over the skin thanks to the luxurious ingredient polyurethane. Polyurethane is a biodegradable film-former that offers excellent water resistance and reinforces selective sun protection factors. No other ingredient can deliver such benefits. It improves skin feel; makes it softer and smoother, combining performance, safety, natural origin and biodegradability. This product has a light grapefruit scent (100% natural fragrance).

It is a unique blend of antioxidants, skin-soothers, and hydrators that prepares skin for a smooth application of makeup. Its thick gel textured is packed with certified organic botanicals and antioxidants that help nourish, protect & promote healthy radiant skin. 
The finish on the skin is dewy and refreshing. This skincare product is unscented but has a light, natural leaf scent.

Titanium Dioxide is approximatly 5.1%, Zinc Oxide is approximatly 6.4%.These 2 natural and sustainable ingredients keep your skin safe from environmental aggressors and harmful UV rays thanks to their natural mineral UV filters.

The general shelf life of our products is 18 to 24 months. We’re a naturally based beauty brand and we encourage our customers to use the products promptly once received. We have a very busy production schedule that allows us to maintain a steady supply of the freshest products. Stockpiling is not recommended.

No. We do not use parabens, synthetic fragrances, phthalates, or sulfates in any of our products.

We believe in using high quality clean ingredient. Although not all of our formulas are gluten free we have a large variety that are. If you are interested in any specific products please click on the product page and this info will be listed for you. You can also write to us at info@lisanoto.com.

We offer a wide variety of products acceptable to our vegan customers. We are always mindful of our producers and sources. That said, we use beeswax in 3 of our products: the Volumizing Mascara, the Tinted Moisturizer and the Hydrating Lip Glosses. We make sure that it is organic.

LISA NOTO natural cosmetics is a natural line. We do have products that are 100% organic, but not all are formulated in this manner. We formulate with as many powerful natural and organic ingredients as possible because of the implicit health benefits these ingredients provide you and the planet. Plus, by purchasing natural and organic ingredients we are supporting farmers who value more sustainable and eco-friendly agricultural practices.

Amino acids, found in our pure Moringa oil, are essential for strong healthy skin that can stand up to environmental stressors. Proteins from amino acids strengthen the look of skin - think of them like skin's cement and building blocks. Moringa oil contains 20 types of amino acids.

Our pure and organic Moringa oil is sustainably sourced from India. It is 100% organic & cold-pressed.

Our pure and organic Moringa oil is to be used as a topical skincare product. We do not recommend ingesting it, but feel free to slather it all over your skin from head to toe.

All of our beauty wellness products are tested by our labs, which provides its test results in a Certificate of Analysis.
It is not tested on animals, thus we are cruelty-free.
